Group Leadership for Effective and Time Efficient Workouts
Group exercise has always been a popular, fun way to motivate people. In this course, you learn how to become a confident and inspiring group exercise leader.
Boot camp and group circuit classes incorporate both aerobic and resistance interval training into dynamic, high energy workouts. Apply these strategies in gyms, indoors/outdoors, garrison/deployed, and with/without equipment.
Three days are packed with “hands-on” sessions and lectures and practical application of drills and routines. You will also receive your own computer-based circuit training CD with exercise templates for your use or with your clients.
Check out Balls, Bands, and More - 2 full days of hands-on activities to add variety to your boot camp classes! Contact us at 800.635.7050 to learn about a "back to back" course discount.
