This is a curriculum-based testing course. Students who complete the course and pass both the written and practical exams receive a Cooper Institute Certificate.

Needed Items: Please wear fitness/workout attire to class each day, including shorts and a t-shirt for body composition testing. You will need to bring a calculator, a #2 pencil, notebook paper, and your valid CPR card.
