The law enforcement profession increasingly uses physical fitness as a performance measure. The professional must understand fitness assessments and standards, absolute cut point fitness scores and referencing normative data. Using fitness testing scores is critical as a qualifying factor in the hiring process.
This 4.5-day course is designed specifically for the law enforcement and public safety professional who is involved in developing and delivering physical fitness programs in their academy or department.
