FitnessGram Reference Guide

The FITNESSGRAM Reference Guide is intended to provide answers to some common questions associated with use and interpretation of FITNESSGRAM assessments. The Guide was prepared as a collective effort of the FITNESSGRAM Scientific Advisory Board.

The document is organized into various sections and chapters to allow for detailed reviews within a certain topic area. Each chapter uses a question and answer format to make it easier to find answers to specific questions about youth physical activity and fitness.
