Help your clients reach their full potential with interval training. Learn to combine the science and technical aspects of interval training through case studies, sample workouts and breakout sessions. Interval training programs for all three energy systems will target specific goals such as weight loss, sports performance, wellness and occupational demands.
Please come dressed in fitness/workout attire. You will need to bring a water bottle and towel. This course does not include an examination. Students who complete the course receive a Cooper Institute Certificate of Participation.
