Group Leadership for Effective and Time Efficient Workouts
Group exercise has always been a popular, fun way to motivate people. In this course, you learn how to become a confident and inspiring group exercise leader.
Boot camp and group circuit classes incorporate both aerobic and resistance interval training into dynamic, high energy workouts. Apply these strategies in gyms, indoors/outdoors, garrison/deployed, and with/without equipment.
Three days are packed with “hands-on” sessions and lectures and practical application of drills and routines. You will also receive your own computer-based circuit training CD with exercise templates for your use or with your clients.
If you are in the Military or a First Responder, join us for the Military and First Responder Exercise Leader course which is tailored to your specific needs and includes special components just for you.
Please come dressed in fitness/workout attire. You will need to bring your valid CPR card. This is a curriculum-based testing course. Students who complete the course and pass both the written and practical exams receive a Cooper Institute Certificate.
