The law enforcement profession increasingly uses physical fitness as a performance measure. The professional must understand fitness assessments and standards, absolute cut point fitness scores and referencing normative data. Using fitness testing scores is critical as a qualifying factor in the hiring process.
This 4.5-day course is designed specifically for the law enforcement and public safety professional who are involved in developing and delivering physical fitness programs in their academy or department.
To expand your training from this course, we recommend the Law Enforcement Fitness Specialist and Law and Fire Injury Prevention course.
