Coaching Healthy Behaviors
Help clients achieve lasting behavior change! This innovative 3 1/2-day course introduces you to one of the most rewarding aspects of life -- coaching others to make positive lifestyle changes. However, influencing an individual to change their behavior and adhere to that change is no simple task. Improving personal health habits is challenging and can be critical to the well-being of individuals and a population at large. This course will teach you the skills needed to help motivate individuals to make positive lifestyle choices.
