ACTIVITYGRAM®

The ACTIVITYGRAM assessment is a three-day recall of physical activity. It assesses each 30 minute block of time between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. Students are asked to enter three pieces of information about each activity.

Type and Name of Activity

  • Rest
  • Muscular Activity
  • Flexibility Activity
  • Aerobic Sports
  • Aerobic Activity
  • Lifestyle Activity

Intensity of Activity

  • Rest
  • Light
  • Moderate
  • Vigorous

Length of Activity

  • Some of the time (1-10 minutes)
  • Most of the time (11 - 29 minutes)
  • All of the time (30 minutes)

The ACTIVITYGRAM report includes information regarding several facets of a student's activity level including the total number of minutes of activity and activity patterns throughout the day time profile. (Type of activities performed as classified by the Activity Pyramid.)
