Personal Trainer (Part-Time 15-25 hours)

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing various personal training services that offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience and improve overall sense of well being. • Conduct fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results.
• Provide one-on-one personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training.
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of equipment.
• Develop comprehensive personal training programs to ensure members are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals.

• 1-2 years personal training or program design experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related discipline preferred.
• Personal Training industry recognized certification required.
• At least one year of Personal Training experience preferred.
• AED/CPR/First Aid certifications required.
• Meet all physical demands required to demonstrate proper use of equipment and fitness techniques.
