All aspects of The Cooper Aerobics Center are
incorporated into this fast track, realistic approach to positive lifestyle
change. The results-oriented Cooper Wellness Program gives participants all the
tools they need to improve fitness levels, eat nutritionally, lose weight, and
reduce stress. Four, six, and 13-day programs are offered as well as
customized programs for corporate groups.
