Group Leadership for Effective and Time Efficient Workouts
Group exercise has always been a popular, fun way to motivate people. In this course you will learn how to become a confident and inspiring group exercise leader.
Boot camp and group circuit classes incorporate both aerobic and resistance interval training into dynamic and high energy workouts. The strategies learned can be delivered in gyms, indoors or outdoors, in garrison or deployed, and with and without equipment.
Your three days will be packed with “hands-on” sessions and lectures as well as practical application of drills and routines. You will also receive your own computer-based circuit training CD with exercise templates for your use or with your clients.
