The 2-day Balls, Bands, and More course teaches you both upper and lower body exercises and core and stretching exercises that can be done with a variety of small apparatus.
Use this course to learn proper form and how to safely monitor and cue clients or yourself. Develop skills on effective progressions and modifications and keep your program designs fresh and new with endless exercise combinations. Lastly, learn how to add challenge with innovative balance, strength, and flexibility exercises.
