Cooper Fitness Specialist
CONTRACT COURSE
Everyone knows that is important to exercise, yet sticking with it remains a problem. This course is packed with the highest quality of information which will allow you to develop the skills and techniques needed to maximize participation rates in order to truly change lives.
The purpose of the Cooper Fitness Specialist (CFS) class is to provide fitness leaders with the specific knowledge and skills needed to provide safe, effective and progressive exercise programs in a military, law enforcement, fire service, athletic, educational, or corporate setting. The course includes lectures, hands-on screening techniques, fitness assessments, case study design, and daily quizzes.
Each course participant will receive a Cooper Institute Manual, and complete written, verbal and practical tests including a case study and completion of fitness assessment forms.
Participants will need current CPR certification and must pass the written and practical tests in order to receive a Cooper Institute Certificate.
