Cooper Fitness Specialist
The purposes of the Cooper Fitness Specialist (CFS) class is to provide exercise instructors with the specific fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to correctly provide safe, effective, and progressive exercise programs within an organization such as military, law enforcement, fire service, athletic, educational, or corporate.

The Cooper Fitness Specialist class is uniquely designed to help develop the skill set of instructors who are responsible to their employed organization for the following: medical screening, fitness and nutrition classroom lectures, hands-on screening methodologies, physical fitness assessments, case study design, and physical training (PT) workbook development.
This historically successful fitness foundation class is recommended to organizations requiring a nationally recognized certificate for their instructors who are working one-on-one or managing a fitness training class within the organization.
The requirements for successful completion include:
- Current CPR
- Written Exam
- Verbal Testing
- Body Composition Practical Testing
- Case Study and PT Forms Completion
