The ActivityGram® assessment is a three-day recall of physical activity. It assesses each 30 minute block of time between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. Students are asked to enter three pieces of information about each activity.

The ActivityGram report includes information regarding several facets of a student's activity level including the total number of minutes of activity and activity patterns throughout the day time profile. (Type of activities performed as classified by the Activity Pyramid.)
